Each new recruitment opportunity is freshly advertised on major job boards and mapped against existing candidates that we have personally interviewed.
We will pre screen the most relevant people for you by telephone / video link and conduct first round interviews on your behalf ( either at your premises or off site at your discretion) and suggest an introduction to only the very best candidates to you at your convenience.
We can integrate your chosen HR procedure be this Psychometric testing, Specialist Finance Sector testing, product specific knowledge analysis for Financial Advisers and starting the process of obtaining references and relevant certification and licences on request.
Once you have made your selection from the potential candidates, we will manage the hire and relevant supporting documents with your chosen HR contact through to start date.
Each placed candidate will be contacted for review at 1 and 3 months after hire to discuss their new placement within the organisation and support their future progression within the company.
